AYBT Academy and pre-professional ballet company stand by our mission set down by our founder, Lou Ann Young. It's not enough to have a statement of inclusion. Your school's instructors, office staff, board volunteers, and dancers have to all stand by the statement as well.

Your school's teaching, casting, costuming, outreach, and fundraising efforts have to reflect this mission as well. We have a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children wishing to dance. And we always will.
